Can I play movie trailers legally on my pod-cast radio show?

I think you need permission to air it. But if you did it on your own, you'd probably just get a cease and desist order first, then if you didn't listen, you'd get sued. So you could do it with the knowledge that you'll probably get told to knock it off.
