How do i dissect a rabbit?

Ok, dissecting the rabbit is not a problem, ive opened one before and i know how. Im going to put the rabbit to sleep using chloroform and then open him. i want to see his heart pounding but the problem is the ribcage. do you know how i could move the ribcage without cutting the diaphragm and the ribcage. also after i do this i would like to put the ribcage back and like stitch up the rabbit and see if he lives, like a surgery. can you give me a clear video on this or just tell me how, thank you very much, and also tell me if its possible to make him come back alive or not and how to treat him after i stitch him up thank you very much.
