The Legend Of Zelda Twilight Princess: How do I get to lake Hylia?

Well, I have looked at tutorials and the say that I have to go through the field, but I can't get to it because I'm stuck in the twilight who do I talk to get out of it how to I find the lake and stuff, please answer soon! Thanks
