Does anyone have the "create a surreal girl with raven composition in photoshop tutorial" in pdf or whatever?

The website seems to be sold or not functioning because there is an internal error whenever i try to go to their website. Does anyone have the page saved or in a PDFs tutorial or even another website with the same tutorial or the same type? I really like that kind of photo and would love to do something like it but that tutorial would really help.
