Call Of Duty: Black Ops Player Card help?

My name on xbox live is LittleLionLady so I thought it would be cool to have a b.a lion head or something as my player card. Anyhow, I cannot seem to find video tutorials anywhere. I was wondering if anyone knew of a video, or an image of a lion player card that I could look at? Thanks in advance!
