So, how do you become good at drawing again?

Where do you start exactly? I have a lot of free time right now and want to spend some of it on drawing. I just don't know where to start from, since I'm a complete beginner and I'm starting from scratch. Do I just draw random stuff and hope I eventually get good? Or is there some kind of tutorial or whatever that can help me?
