Is he shy or just not interested in me?

Does he come across as shy to you? I have always said that no matter how busy a guy is, if he was interested enough he would make the effort even just by sending a quick text, I don't ever believe a guy is too busy to send a text, but if he is actually really busy getting things ready for this move then he may not have had the chance to text you, if he is interested he will contact you though, I know it's horrible waiting but you don't want to come across as desperate, and guys do like a chase, he does sound really interested in you so maybe he just is busy lately, just give it more time :)
